The Trump administration has banned the sale of AI chips such as the H20 to China without a license.

Future related sales will also require a license, marking the Trump administration's first significant restriction on overseas semiconductor sales, strengthening rules previously set by the Biden administration.

Due to this policy, NVIDIA's stock plummeted by approximately 5%, and quarterly revenue is expected to decline by $5.5 billion due to the inability to sell as planned.

Yesterday, NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang suddenly appeared in Beijing.
