And it's available for free to everyone—non-subscribers can perform up to 5 queries per day, while Pro users can execute up to 500 queries daily.
For comparison, OpenAI's Deep Research requires a $200 monthly subscription.
Perplexity's Deep Research saves users hours of time. When a user asks a Deep Research question, Perplexity performs dozens of searches, reads hundreds of sources, and infers from the materials to autonomously generate a comprehensive report.
