From the screenshot, it indeed looks like the much-rumored "Operator" model.
The operator is currently in internal testing and is about to be released in the Mac version of the ChatGPT desktop app...
According to the description, the Operator can take control of the user's PC, autonomously perform a series of tasks (such as coding, ordering food, creating guides, etc.), and act as a human replacement.
