The previously viral nano banana is now launching its 2.0 version.

To see how powerful the new nano banana 2 can be, look at this image showing an 11:15 clock and a full glass of red wine.

Why is this photo impressive? In the AI image generation field, there’s an extremely challenging test that no AI has been able to consistently pass yet: the clock and full wine glass test.

By inputting the prompt “11:15 on the clock and a wine glass filled to the top,” you can test whether your AI image generator is smart enough.

We tried multiple times on the large model arena, Doubao Seedream, and nano banana 1.0 version. No AI could accurately display the clock markings and a glass of wine filled to the brim.

But nano banana 2 did it.
