Today, Meta launched its first programming Agent—Muse Code (beta version), along with the new-generation model that powers it, Muse Spark 1.2.
As soon as the model was released, it sparked heated discussion overseas, with the core focus on its pricing strategy: cheaper than DeepSeek-V4-Flash. If users allow Meta to use their data to train models, they can enjoy a 5% discount.
Interestingly, on the same day, DeepSeek issued an announcement stating: “We plan to raise API service prices overall in the near future, with an expected significant increase.”

Zuckerberg said in a post: “(This model) is positioned as easy to get started with and low-cost, (users) only need one line of code to install it and start using the ‘Contributor Plan’.”
