Yesterday, the UK’s Financial Times, citing multiple sources with direct knowledge, reported that the total fundraising from just these three transactions could exceed the combined fundraising from approximately 200 IPOs in the United States in 2025.
Currently, OpenAI is negotiating at a new valuation of $750 billion; Anthropic is in talks for new funding at a valuation potentially exceeding $300 billion; and SpaceX is conducting a secondary stock sale at a valuation of $800 billion.
The combined valuation of these three companies will reach an astonishing $1.85 trillion.
Furthermore, the market widely believes that SpaceX alone will set a record as the largest IPO in history based on its fundraising amount.
Previously, in December 2025, another foreign media outlet reported that SpaceX planned to IPO at a valuation of approximately $1.5 trillion, potentially listing in mid-to-late 2026.
