A New Heavyweight in the Open-Source AI Video Community
This weekend, Lightricks, a startup betting big on open-source AI video, made a significant move.
The company unveiled LTX-Video, the fastest video generation model to date and the first DiT video generation model capable of producing high-quality videos in real-time.
On a single Nvidia H100 GPU, LTX-Video can generate a 5-second video at 24FPS with a resolution of 768x512 in just 4 seconds, making its video generation speed faster than the playback speed.
What’s more, LTX-Video is completely open source, including its codebase and model weights.
