GPT-6.1 Sol itself only launched at DevDay on September 29, positioned as “near-Astra capability at one-fifth the price.” Standard API pricing is $2 per million input tokens and $10 per million output tokens, already one of the best-value frontier models available.
Ultrafast mode takes that and pushes speed up by 8x.
