Anthropic just dropped a new model: Claude Opus 4.6 has been released.

As soon as the news hit, FactSet, the financial data provider, got absolutely wrecked—plunging 10% intraday. S&P Global, Moody’s, and Nasdaq all tanked too, with major indices across the board taking a nosedive.

This is already the second time this week that Anthropic has single-handedly shaken the entire market.
