Something a bit embarrassing. After using Claude Code for so long, I thought I had it figured out — writing my own Skills, configuring my own commands, wiring up MCPs one by one by hand.
Then last week I flipped through the official docs and found they already ship an “app store.” I had never really browsed it.
The entry point is the /plugin command. Run it, and a multi-tab panel pops up: Discover, Installed, Marketplaces, Errors, Stats. The moment I opened Discover, it felt like opening the App Store for the first time — so many ready-made goodies, and I’d been reinventing the wheel the whole time.
