Following the release of the world’s first hybrid reasoning model, Claude 3.7 Sonnet last week, Anthropic has received yet another piece of good news.
Today, Anthropic officially announced the completion of its Series E funding round, raising $3.5 billion with a post-money valuation of $61.5 billion.
This round was led by Lightspeed Venture Partners, with participation from Bessemer Venture Partners, Cisco Investments, D1 Capital Partners, Fidelity Management & Research Company, General Catalyst, Jane Street, Menlo Ventures, Salesforce Ventures, and other new and existing investors.
