Crossing the Model Context Protocol Adoption Chasm

Anthropic officially released the preview version of MCP Registry, finally providing a unified official platform for MCP registration and distribution.

MCP Registry is essentially an official app store built for all public MCP servers, where you can upload, distribute, and use MC Servers and perform other operations.

Prior to this, the entire MCP ecosystem was in a relatively fragmented state, somewhat similar to Android in its early days - overly fragmented.

With this platform, you no longer need to search the world for reliable MCP servers, and you no longer need to rely on third-party unofficial wild platforms. Service discovery and implementation will become unprecedentedly simple, and security will be further enhanced.
