An Implement Consulting Group study commissioned by Google | Implement

Google commissioned the renowned data and information research firm Implement Economics to release an in-depth report titled "Opportunities for AI in Romanian Public Administration".

Key Findings:

  1. 69% of positions in the Romanian public sector could be supplemented by generative AI.

  2. 54% of public sector employees already use AI tools in their daily work.

  3. The application of generative AI in the public sector has the potential to create €660 million in value.

Romania's public administration faces growing challenges, such as increasing regulatory complexity, rising demands for accessibility, and the need for more personalized services. These issues have led to delays, congestion in public service delivery, deteriorating service quality, and a decline in public trust. Generative AI has the potential to be a key tool to address these challenges by improving efficiency and service quality.
