To build an AI persona, follow these three steps:

1. Define the Theme: First, clarify the main function or service of the AI, such as a translation assistant.

2. Detail the Functionality: Plan how the AI will perform its function, including specific steps and methods.

3. Set the Role: Define the AI's characteristics, including its identity and interaction style with users.

These steps are known as the 3W principle: What (what to do), How (how to do it), Who (who you are). Thinking through the 3Ws helps build logic and coherence in design.
